Our story
From the Ground Up
Delta-OSM was founded on a straightforward premise: project teams deserve a manufacturing partner that operates with the same discipline they do. Too many contractors were losing time and money to fragmented supply chains, inconsistent fabrication quality, and last-minute delivery failures.
We built Delta-OSM to close that gap. Our Stockton facility brings engineering, fabrication, production, and logistics under one roof — so every assembly that leaves our floor is coordinated, quality-checked, and ready to install.
Today, Delta OSM works directly with clients, contractors, and project owners to deliver off-site manufacturing and fabrication solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout California and beyond.
